Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional tools with a straightforward returns policy that’s as dependable as our products.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact (including all protective materials)
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following professional tools cannot be returned:

  • Taps and Dies (due to precision cutting surfaces)
  • Any tool showing signs of use or workshop wear
  • Items purchased as part of a professional bundle if opened

Return Process

Follow these steps for professional-grade service:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Securely: Repack items with original packaging materials to prevent transit damage
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Nottingham workshop address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable service

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping
  • International Returns: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For professional tradespeople needing different tools:

  1. Follow standard return process

  3. We’ll ship new items once return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged tools or incorrect items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost
